KTR: రాజ్యాంగం కంటే ఎవరూ ఎక్కువ కాదు.. జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ తప్పుకోవాల్సిందే!

“భారత రాజ్యాంగం కంటే ఏ ఒక్క వ్యక్తీ లేదా సంస్థ గొప్పవారు కారు. ఏ ఒక్క భారతీయ పౌరుడు కూడా తన ప్రాథమిక ఓటు హక్కును కోల్పోయే పరిస్థితి ఉండకూడదు. జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ వెంటనే పదవి నుంచి తప్పుకోవాల్సిందే!” అని కేటీఆర్ తేల్చిచెప్పారు.

దేశంలో ఎంతోమంది వ్యక్తులు వచ్చారు.. పోయారు. కానీ భారతదేశం ఎల్లప్పుడూ బలంగా, అందంగా నిలబడింది. అలాంటిది ఒకే ఒక్క వ్యక్తిని కాపాడటానికి ఇంత ఆరాటం ఎందుకు? 140 కోట్ల మంది భారతీయుల ప్రజాస్వామ్య హక్కుల కంటే ఆ ఒక్క వ్యక్తి ఎలా గొప్పవాడవుతారు? అంటూ నిలదీశారు.

దేశ ఆత్మను దెబ్బతీస్తూ సమాంతర ప్రత్యామ్నాయ వ్యవస్థలను నిర్మించాలని ప్రయత్నించే వారికి కాలం చెల్లిందని ఆయన హెచ్చరించారు.

ఎస్ఐఆర్ (SIR) వ్యవహారంలో జరుగుతున్న పరిణామాలపై దేశ అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం దృష్టి సారించాలని కేటీఆర్ విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. కోట్లాది మంది ఓటర్ల పేర్ల తొలగింపు, జాబితాల సవరణలో చోటుచేసుకున్న అవకతవకలను సుప్రీంకోర్టు వెంటనే సుమోటోగా స్వీకరించి విచారణ చేపట్టాలని కోరారు.

ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి మూలస్తంభమైన ఎన్నికల వ్యవస్థపై ప్రజలకు మళ్లీ విశ్వాసం కలగాలంటే.. సుప్రీంకోర్టు సిట్టింగ్ జడ్జి నేతృత్వంలో ఓ పూర్తి స్థాయి స్వతంత్ర దర్యాప్తునకు ఆదేశించాలని బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ తరఫున కేటీఆర్ గట్టిగా డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
